The most underrated recovery tool

Want to know the most powerful recovery tool that almost no one uses enough? It's not a fancy supplement or expensive equipment.

It's your breath.

Conscious breathing—slow, deep, and intentional—is like a reset button for your nervous system.

It can reduce pain perception, lower inflammation, improve sleep quality, improve digestion, improve core advocating and help your body shift from stress mode to healing mode.

Yet most of us breathe on autopilot, missing this incredible opportunity to support recovery.

Try this simple practice: Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Breathe so that your belly hand rises first, then your chest hand. Exhale slowly, making your exhale longer than your inhale.

Just two minutes of this can create noticeable shifts in how you feel.

Have you ever tried focused breathing practices for recovery? If so, what have you noticed? If not, would you be willing to try the simple exercise above and let me know what you experience?
