The questions you don't know to ask

Sometimes the most important recovery questions are the ones you don't think to ask until you're already dealing with the issue.

Let me share some common "I wish I'd asked sooner" questions from my clients:

"Why does my back hurt when my surgery was pelvic?"

"Is it normal to feel pulling sensations months after surgery?"

"Why am I so tired in the afternoon even though I'm sleeping well?"

"How do I know if this discomfort is normal healing or a problem?"

"When will brain fog and concentration issues improve?"

These questions reflect the interconnected nature of your body—surgery in one area affects systems throughout.

Having answers before you experience these challenges can help you navigate them with more confidence.

Is there a question you've been wondering about but haven't asked yet?

Drop me a reply—I'm here to help clear up any confusion.
